Once you have finished your Love Lavish order, select 'Klarna Pay After Delivery' at checkout and we will process your order as normal. When your package has been dispatched you will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions, telling you when you need to pay by which is typically 14 days after the order has been shipped. If you do not receive an email please contact Klarna's customer service at https://www.klarna.com/uk/. If you do not pay within the grace period, late fees may apply.
WILL A CREDIT SEARCH TAKE PLACE AGAINST ME?
Nope! Klarna nor Love Lavish run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run a quotation search which is an enquiry which only you, and no other companies, can see and which does not affect credit scoring.
WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
To make a purchase using Klarna you will need to provide your name, address and email address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, otherwise you will not receive the payment information and so will be liable for delayed payment fees.
IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?

HAS KLARNA RECEIVED MY PAYMENT?
If you pay by card, you will receive confirmation from us right away. If paying by 'Pay After Delivery', Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at https://www.klarna.com/uk/.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible.
IF I PAID BY CARD AND I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
As soon as we have registered your cancellation or your return with Klarna, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
WITH 'PAY AFTER DELIVERY', WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN PART OR ALL OF MY ORDER?
If you are close to your 'Pay After Delivery' payment due date, you should also contact Klarna's Customer Service who will make any necessary adjustments to the statement and provide further help if needed. You will also need to contact us so we can discuss your return as per our returns process.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY INVOICE, WHEN I HAVE RETURNED THE GOODS?
Once we have received your the return (partial or full) and you have received confirmation of this, an updated statement will be issued.
I'VE RECEIVED AN INVOICE, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY GOODS.
With 'Pay After Delivery', you have 14 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please contact us to check on delivery. You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that they can postpone the due date on your payment.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?
If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to the same card. If you paid using bank transfer, you will need to provide Klarna with your IBAN number in order for Klarna to make the repayment. If you have not paid the invoice yet, then the refund will reduce the invoice or cancel it completely.
