Returns: Refunds & ExchangesYou can return any full price item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer a return service on sale items. In order to return items to us please follow our Returns & Exchange process below:
- Send us a return request via email, stating your full name, order number and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange, within 14 days of your order. We will then confirm your request via email so that you can return to Love Lavish Limited, 115B Choumert Road, London SE15 4AP.
- It is important that you ensure the returns have not been worn, used or marked in any way before returning. This includes any make-up that may have been transferred onto the item whilst trying on. Your return must be in its original packaging, with all original tags still attached. We are not able to provide you with a refund or exchange should we not receive your items in a saleable condition! Soz girls!
- Please include your invoice in the package, marking the items you are returning and your reason.
- To ensure that we receive your package, it is important that you display the correct address on your package so there are no delays or issues with delivery.
- Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed once it has reached us.
- Pack up your items securely so they can not get damaged on it's way back to us.
- You use a delivery service you can track.
- It is sent in a timely fashion to ensure it reaches us within the expected return time. We recommend that you send your return as close to the date of the email we send providing our address.
- Any items that have been worn, used or soiled in anyway. This includes make-up that may have transferred onto the item when trying it on.
- Any items purchased at sale price.
- Jewellery (including chokers) and hats. This is because of hygiene reasons.
- Items you wish to return after 28 days from the order being placed.
YOU SHOULD KNOW:
- Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned item, and not before!
- Postage will not be refunded! If your return is due to a faulty item then we cover a return cost of £3.99 which will be agreed via email when discussing your return.
- We are not responsible for lost packages.
- Please do not contact the email address or phone number connected with the PayPal account as you will not receive a response. Telephone number can be provided on request.
